Appetizer: Duck Liver – foie gras with chutney
I must say thatthis appetizer was very good. It was brought to me by toasted bread andbutter. All together played well.
Main course: Rumpsteak – 180g
I would say to the steakjust that he was well cooked. The waiter asked me how I want to prepare the steak. Medium exactly to my liking.
Dessert: Christmas pudding
Nothing extra sweet, which pleasantly surprised me. Vanilla cream was like grandma’s. Fresh mint as a decoration.
